We use your information only to:

• Provide and improve ReliveAI’s photo restore and enhancement features.
• Store your photos securely so you can access them across sessions.
• Communicate with you if support is needed.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data.

3. Data Storage and Security

All sign-in is handled securely through Apple Sign In.

Your photos and account information are stored securely in our database.

You can delete your account at any time in the app settings. Once deleted, all your personal data and images are permanently erased.

4. User Responsibilities

You may not upload or generate:

• NSFW or sexually explicit images
• Illegal or harmful content (including child exploitation material, copyrighted works you don’t own, or hate content)

We monitor for violations and permanently suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

Payments are handled by Apple through in-app purchase.

We do not store or have access to your payment details.

Prices may vary by region. Subscriptions are auto-renewable but can be canceled at any time via your Apple account.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Request deletion at any time through the in-app settings (this removes all data, including photos).

7. Children’s Privacy

ReliveAI is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under this age.
